Cherry Hills uses your contact details, application answers and uploaded documents to manage your application, communicate with you, arrange interviews and safeguarding checks, and make appointment decisions. Where enabled, OpenCode Go and DeepSeek may process pseudonymised application narratives and readable document text outside the School, including outside Zambia, to create an initial factual screening profile. This can include work history, qualifications, an explicitly stated date of birth or age, and an explicitly stated gender. The School removes direct identity and contact details before transfer where practicable, calculates age locally from a stated date of birth, and does not ask AI to infer age or gender from a name or photograph. Validated factual fields may be saved automatically to the internal recruitment profile, where authorised staff can review and correct them. AI does not score, rank, recommend, assess suitability or make hiring or rejection decisions.
